Priscilla and Ray provided excellent service from the inquiry of the piano to the actual delivery of the piano. I was first skeptical based on the advertisement, but I was proven wrong quickly with a thorough response back. Priscilla and Ray are passionate about what they do and are very knowledgeable about pianos. They had a wide array of pianos to choose from, were not pushy at all, and gave us all the time we wanted to look around and discover the very best one for us! The real value of their service though, is the care that they take in making sure all of their pianos are up to par and mechanically sound before selling them. I valued this more than anything else. From the moment I walked in to the piano room both Priscilla and Ray were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They helped me find a piano that was in my price range and that I didn't just like, but love! They made sure that the piano was clean, had no issues and the wood restored to look almost brand new! They delivered it so carefully and timely and I feel blessed to have found our piano through them. I would highly recommend getting a piano from them. I was in the market for an fairly affordable piano for daily play. I felt stuck between stores selling new pianos which I would have had to finance, and the forest of used pianos on craigslist. The used piano market seemed daunting until I found Priscilla and Ray and their warehouse. They were welcoming and Ray walked me through a full education on what to look for when shopping for a piano. He was kind, patient, and knowledgeable. Ultimately I found a great piano for me at a price I could afford. This piano had faded paint and a tired look in the showroom, but they restored it and it now looks fantastic, better than I could have expected. I highly recommend these folks if you are looking for a used piano!

"Priscilla and Ray are absolutely incredible people. We had been looking for a new to us piano, but we were hesitant as we didn’t know what to look for or what to watch out for. Priscilla and Ray were recommended to us by the kid’s piano teacher and we’re so thankful! We communicated via phone to get the basic information and to schedule an appointment. Communication was amazing and they were able to get us in that week! We had the place to ourselves and my daughter played 10-12 different pianos. Both Priscilla and Ray took time to listen, engage and help discern what piano would be best for us in our price range. We didn’t feel rushed or pressured at all! As it turns out we ended up with the PERFECT piano for our family and we know that so much time and care was put into getting it in excellent condition.
